Started by Jesse Taylor in 2016, Verdant Finance was founded on the premise that all men and women are created with the same potential to contribute to the overall prosperity of humanity and the world at large. What distinguishes us as individuals is our ability to realize our fullest potential and knowledge is the strongest catalyst we have to achieve that feat.
With this in mind, our objective is to provide people with the knowledge they need to maximize their chances of success at endeavors related to: personal finance, starting or growing a small business, and improving his or her mental and spiritual self.
Jesse Taylor earned his undergraduate degree in Finance in 2005 and has spent over 10 years working in the Finance industry in a variety of capacities including portfolio management, sales, advisory services, operations and management. After achieving a high level of success in co-founding a Financial Advisory practice, he decided to pursue new challenges and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business. While earning his MBA he founded Verdant Finance with 5 employees, Interned at a venture capital company, and later on became a Director at a successful cannabis startup.
His broad experience has given him expertise in a variety of skills including: financial planning and analysis, budgeting, public speaking, sales, product pricing, strategy development, product development, regulatory compliance, financial modeling and fund-raising.
